“I like the feeling that I get when the cold wind gently caress my skin while I catch for my breath, aiming for the finish line. Then after that, I could hear heavy breathing from everyone of us” It’s been 2 or 3 weeks (I think) since the last time we had our weekly workout, jogging. Who says a petite girl like me couldn’t have a little workout huh? I’m not trying to lose any pounds. Hello? I jog to reap the cardiovascular benefits (Oha taray) And I’ve read it from a particular article that jogging can improve your appetite. Yay for that! It’s relatively cheap. The only real piece of equipment that you need is a pair of good quality running shoes. Also, jogging makes you sleep better. Damn, I remember the day we had our first run was a Wednesday and my first class the next day is 7:00 am. Wooooh I had so much sleep that night. I woke up at around 6:45 wow. I WAS DAMN LATE FOR MY DRAFTING CLASS. Geez. Oh how I miss running. Too bad we’re too pre-occupied with all the school stuff and the upcoming CAS week. Aaah, can’t wait to wear my running shoes again.
